-Oversee integration and customisation of core systems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
-Drive adoption of Azure technologies and best practices across development teams.
required experience
-9+ years in software development with proven delivery of custom solutions.
-2+ years in a leadership or technical management role.
-Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, SQL, C#).
-Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC management tools (Azure DevOps, Git).
-Experience with web development frameworks (React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
-Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and API integrations is highly regarded.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
