about the role
An established, long-standing insurance brokerage with a strong market presence is seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join their team in Sydney. This is a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll manage a mixed portfolio of general and retail insurance clients.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and grow a diverse portfolio across multiple industries
-Provide expert advice and exceptional client service
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and underwriters
-Oversee renewals, new business, and claims processes
-Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentation and reports
required experience
-Tier 1 qualified with a minimum of 4 years’ broking experience
-Strong attention to detail and professional standards
-Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven
-Experience with general insurance products (Business Pack, Liability, PI, Cyber, ISR)
-Exposure to retail insurance products
-Proficiency in WinBEAT or similar systems (preferred)
