-Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance broking
-Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
-Strong knowledge of strata, property, and liability classes
-Proactive with a strong client service focus
-Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
-Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team goals
-Proficient with broking software and Microsoft applications
