What You’ll Be Doing

-Manage a portfolio, ensuring client needs are proactively identified, reviewed, and met.
-Develop strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners to deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions.
-Provide trusted advice across a range of covers — interpreting policy terms, conditions, and exposures to design comprehensive programs.
-Support claims processes, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve timely, positive outcomes.
-Contribute to team success by sharing expertise, mentoring peers, and fostering collaboration.
-Drive business growth through exceptional service and new opportunities.

required experience

What You’ll Bring

-7+ years’ experience in insurance broking, ideally with exposure to both Australian and international markets.
-Strong technical understanding of Industrial Special Risks, General Liability, and related lines.
-Knowledge of claims procedures, relevant legislation, and compliance frameworks.
-Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (Diploma of Insurance Broking or tertiary equivalent desirable).
-Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and relationship management skills.
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and confidence in managing workflows across systems.
