Senior Account Executive

-Manage an established portfolio of valued clients with a focus on retention and growth
-Provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs
-Negotiate renewals, new business placements, and policy adjustments
-Liaise effectively with insurers, underwriters, and internal claims teams
-Identify and capitalise on opportunities for portfolio expansion
-Maintain strong compliance standards in line with industry regulations
-Contribute to the continued success and culture of a growing national brokerage
required experience
-Minimum 3–5 years of insurance broking or account management experience
-Tier 1 or Tier 2 Insurance Broking qualification (or working toward completion)
-Strong technical knowledge across commercial lines and general insurance products
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
-A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with attention to detail
-Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage competing priorities
-Passion for delivering high-quality client outcomes
