- Full lifecycle management of client portfolios, including forecasting, renewals, and policy reviews
- Lead business development initiatives and generate new client opportunities
- Build and sustain relationships across clients, insurers, and distribution channels
- Provide tailored advice and solutions on insurance products, risk exposures, coverage, and premiums
- Drive client retention through service excellence and strategic review cycles

required experience

-Minimum 5 years’ experience in insurance broking, with exposure to mid-market / corporate clients
-Tier 1 insurance broking qualification (or equivalent)
-Strong capability in analysing policy provisions, claims, risk exposures and regulatory frameworks
-Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) and client-facing confidence
-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with insurance systems (e.g. WinBEAT or similar) is highly desirable
